Data written to our servers is then processed for the visualisation portal.
Forms are designed in Excel and uploaded to a dedicated server. Users then download the blank forms using the Field Survey app and undertake the survey. Completed surveys are uploaded back to the server and that data is immediately available on the Field Survey visualisation portal

Pricing may be dependant on the complexity of a specific project, but baseline pricing is:

Download the Field Survey App
STEP TWO
OPEN THE APP
Open the Field Survey app and click the
Get Blank Form button.
Select the forms you are interested in and click
Get Selected
You may be prompted for a user name and password.
Username: quartex_forms
Password: QT@AggregateForms
STEP THREE
COLLECT DATA
Collect some data on one or more of the forms by clicking the Fill Blank Form button and save the responses following the instructions on the screens.
STEP FOUR
SEND FINALISED FORM
Click the Send Finalised Form button to submit the forms to the Field Survey server
VIEW THE DATA
View the data on the Field Survey web portal, click on the following link : http://www.fieldsurvey.co.za/ClientPortal/.
Login with the following details:
email: demo@quartex.co.uk
Password: qtdemo.
You will now be able to browse around the site to see the functionality that has been provided.
